There’s a certain magic that happens when two people in love step in front of the camera. It’s a moment where time stands still, and the world fades away, leaving just the two of them and the bond they share. I had the pleasure of experiencing this magic with Lucy and Scott during their engagement photo session at the beautiful Beckley Creek Park.
Although this was my first time meeting Lucy and Scott in person, their warmth and genuine connection made it feel like we had known each other for years. From the moment they arrived at the park, their love was palpable. Beckley Creek Park, with its serene landscapes and lush greenery, provided the perfect backdrop for their love story.
As we walked through the park, their eyes lit up with each word they said to each other. It was clear to me that they are not just partners, but best friends who find solace and happiness in each other’s presence.
One of the most memorable moments was at the end of the session when we were at the last location of the photoshoot, the sun setting behind the trees. The way Scott looked at Lucy, with such admiration and love, was a sight to behold. And Lucy, with her radiant smile, looked back at Scott with equal affection. It was a simple, yet profoundly beautiful moment that I was honored to capture.
I couldn’t help but feel grateful for the opportunity to witness and photograph such a special time in Lucy and Scott’s lives. Their love story is just beginning, and I am excited to see where their journey takes them.
