I think that the title for this post is very fitting.

Leading up to the wedding it was fairly warm, but of course, the day of it dropped to 17 degrees, cloudy, and snowing. Thankfully though I had one of the most amazing couples to photograph that day! They were awesome when it came to running outside to take pictures and then back inside for a few minutes to warm up before doing it all over again.

These two were the first wedding I’ve done on my own, and let me tell you, I wouldn’t have had it any other way. I was so nervous, but they were so great in working with me as I tried to figure out everything for the first time.

 

You know, some people are worried that their marriage won’t last. That this feeling will go away in a year or two and they’ll be stuck with someone that they don’t love. But not these two. I could tell throughout the whole day that these two were meant for each other.

Now I know that sounds cheesy, but it’s true and I’ll tell you why. I don’t know Colin that well, but despite that, I could tell by the way that his face lit up every time he looked at Jocelyn that there is nobody he would rather spend the rest of his life with. Some people spend their life dreaming about finding someone that will make them smile every morning no matter whether they’re living in a mansion or a hut. Someone that will never get tired of the bad jokes you keep telling. Someone that never gets tired of hearing I love you.

That is who Colin and Jocelyn are.

They are two people who will never stop laughing at each others jokes. The two people who will always be ready for the next adventure. The two people who will never stop saying ‘I love you’.

You two are going to have an amazing life together.
